3. Clean the shoe sole with a dry cloth, then roughen up both surfaces to be glued for a stronger bond.
4. Apply shoe goo to both the shoe sole and soling sheet, press firmly, and use rubber bands or clamps to hold it in place.
5. Allow 24 hours for the glue to set, then trim any excess material from the edges.
